How to Refer a Case

We aim to have staff on-site and available from 6:30 pm to ensure you have the opportunity to discuss potential patient referrals before we officially open. This early availability allows for seamless communication, enabling you to provide any necessary background information and for us to complete the relevant paperwork promptly. 

By preparing in advance, we can ensure a smoother transition of care and be fully ready to receive patients starting at 7:00 pm. This proactive approach helps minimise delays, ensuring that patients receive timely attention as soon as they arrive. We believe that this early coordination not only enhances patient care but also supports the efficient operation of your practice, providing peace of mind for both you and your clients.
