Pull into the driveway and come into the clinic, or call us from your vehicle to advise you have arrived. Staff will be available to help safely bring your pet in if it is unable to walk.

For some urgent cases, we may advise that you back your vehicle right up to the entranceway so that we can move your pet into the clinic as quickly as possible.

At our clinic, we believe in transparency when it comes to costs. We’ll provide a detailed cost estimate for treatment during the consultation, ensuring you’re fully informed and in control. Please note, after-hours care may incur higher fees, and for more detailed information, you can refer to our FAQ. 

We understand the importance of flexibility in managing veterinary costs. That’s why we accept all major credit cards and Q cards, providing you with convenient payment options.

Consultation charges to clients of associated Veterinary Clinics:

• Consultation
  • 7am – 11.30pm: $180
• Overnight
  • $270
• Public Holidays
  •  $270

We will advise you of the consultation costs when you call. Full payment is required to be made at the time of consultation.

As part of the consultation process, a treatment plan and an estimate of costs will be formulated. Should your pet need to be admitted into the hospital, a 50% deposit of the proposed costs is required on admission. The balance must be paid at the time of discharge.

If there are necessary changes to treatment plans, you will be called, and any additional costs will be discussed in full with you before proceeding.
