Referral Information For Vets Throughout The Greater Wellington Area

To send your patient to our clinic in the Greater Wellington Area for overnight or weekend care please complete the form below and send any relevant pet history to clinic@wahvc.co.nz.

Please call to discuss your case prior to transfer. All transferring and referral cases will have a consultation with the duty vet prior to hospital admission. Costs will be discussed with the client during this consultation.
Clients are responsible for collection of patients before 8:00 am Monday to Friday and 9:00 am Saturday.
